MLM Downline Recruiting 101:

How to Know Who to Personally Connect With

Network Marketers intuitively know that downline recruiting success consists of spending time with qualified and quality people. They also know it's not always easy to find good prospects...let alone people who will stick with a program long enough to be successful.

Many would argue the theory that you shouldn’t sponsor everyone that comes your way. I for one, however, am a huge proponent of freeing up as much time as possible to market your mlm business. You can do this by leveraging technology to help you in your mlm recruiting.

Setting up automatic systems to do a lot of the downline recruiting legwork for you is a brilliant concept in my mind.

That being said, you still can and should spend time on the phone (or in person if you can manage it) with your BEST recruits.

Two Methods to Help You Analyze Who You Should Personally Connect With

(1) One way to tell if a downline recruit is “good” or not, is to analyze the type and number of marketing channels, they have gone through.

For example: A recruit that has been on your email list for months, reads a lot of your content, and watches a lot of your video trainings, is probably a more qualified recruit than someone who’s only read one of your articles.

(2) Someone who has purchased a product that you created is even more ideal. Especially if the product OVER-delivers on value and teaches concepts of integrity.

For example: Someone buys an ebook from you that teaches them the value of being “authentic” in business. Chances are, when you speak to that lead, they are going to have a desire to practice authenticity in their business because they have been shown the importance of it.

Recruits that purchase products also show they are willing to invest something of value into a business (they’re not freeloaders).

Although there’s no exact science to successful recruiting, taking the time to properly set up a system that moves your recruits from one step to another can greatly enhance your chances of landing a good prospect.

Take action immediately on this principle by setting up your own internet attraction marketing system to help you automate your Network Marketing recruiting.
