Why You Should Always Be Closing

MLM recruiting success can be achieved in a number of different ways but it can be challenging to have a large number of recruits coming your way right from the start.

Your chances of recruiting success will be greatly enhanced if you take the time to set up and manage a process.

Let's define process:

Process: a systematic series of actions directed to some end (taken from dictionary.com)

For optimal recruiting success, lead your prospects through a process; with each step directing them to the next. The internet is very effective in helping us achieve this.

The process consists of the acronym A.B.C. Always Be Closing

Not to be confused with the old-fashioned method of A-B-C taught in traditional sales. The old methods teach people to always be, for lack of a better word, "hard closing."

Nowadays, the A.B.C.'s of mlm recruiting are more about always moving people from one step to another:

The MLM Recruiting Success Process

Here's an example of an effective recruiting process. Pay close attention to the steps associated with the process.

Joe Smith, a struggling Network Marketer, is frustrated with the lack of support he receives from his current upline in his network marketing company.

Thinking of switching companies, he wants to make sure he finds the right mentor to help him succeed this time. He goes online and does a search for "best mlm upline." at Google.

Jamie Smith, a successful networker, is very familiar with the mlm recruiting success process. She spent a few weeks optimizing her blog for that particular phrase and keyword. A blog post she made about "How to Choose the Best Network Marketing Upline" comes up high in the search rankings when Joe does his search.

Joe reads the blog post she wrote and is very impressed.

At the end of the post, he is invited to join Jamie Smith's email list and he graciously accepts. Over the course of a few weeks, Jamie continues to shower Joe with fresh emails, blog posts, and even teleseminars (she's really advanced) filled with valuable content related to choosing a good upline.

Eventually, she sends him a link to buy an ebook she wrote that explains in excruciating detail the process one should go through to choose or "switch" uplines.

At the end of the book, which provided such high quality information, Jamie invites James to call her for a "FREE 20 Minute Consultation on How to Choose a Good Upline." James, by this time, has received so much value from Jamie, he happily accepts the invitation.

Jamie consults James on what he needs to look for and makes sure to answer every question he has. At the end of the conversation, she casually asks James if he would be more interested in learning about some of the benefits of joining her team.

Due to the fact that James has already digested and benefitted from so much of Jamie’s content, he is very open to hearing more.

Jamie explains what benefits she can offer to James as an upline. She invites him to join her organization. James accepts and is now a part of Jamie's team.

She made her mlm recruiting success much easier by allowing James to go through several channels before even attempting to recruit him into her organization.

She followed the MLM Recruiting success process very well.

Your MLM recruiting system doesn't need to be as long as Jamie's. The main idea is to always be closing your recruit on his/her next steps.

I hope the above example further clarified how to successfully apply an mlm recruiting process. This process, although simple on the surface, is very powerful for generating more leads and prospects for your business. Apply it today.
