When you let your own light shine, (i.e. be yourself) you unconsciously allow others to do the same. In other words, you inspire people to be themselves and they become attracted to you.

You show them that it’s ok to be themselves. They don’t have to be “fake” or completely “reinvent” themselves or any of the other garbage they may have been taught within or outside of this industry.

When you really think about, you are the ONE thing that will always be different about your business.

Even with 100’s of 1,000’s of people out there using mlm recruiting systems (no matter how great they are); you can still be different and be yourself.

Combining proven recruiting methods with your own unique "voice" and "personality" is one of the most powerful recruiting processes I know of.
