Has The Network Marketing Industry Failed You?

When it comes to mlm recruiting training, the Network Marketing industry hasn't done it's due diligence in helping people succeed. Sure, we've been given a lot of training pertaining to developing leadership and communication skills as well as overcoming fear of rejection and such.

There's been a HUGE lack of focus, however, on specific strategies you can implement to improve your MLM recruiting efforts.

To give you an example, before I wrote this page I did some research on MLM recruiting, to see what others had written on the subject.

I found an article entitled "The 5 Biggest Reasons People Struggle in MLM Recruiting". It was written by one of the top trainers in the Network Marketing Industry.

Sounds pretty interesting right?

Turns out, all five reasons listed are related to "lack of belief" or some other non-concrete reasons. These are all intangible things; and intangible things usually don't account for success, or the lack thereof, as the case may be.

Hint: your "target market" isn't looking for someone else to come along and tell them they need more "belief" or "faith".

The article, in and of itself was very interesting an well written. However, after reading it, I didn't feel like I had an "meat" I could use to build my MLM recruiting base any bigger.

Recruit More Distributors By Giving Them Applicable Training

If you give your mlm prospects actionable methods they can use to grow their business (i.e. how to set up a blog, how to write articles and submit them online, etc) they will be forever grateful and eventually want to work with you.

Here are some specific actions you can take right away. This mlm recruiting training will be beneficial for you and your team.

• Identify your target market
• Identify what kinds of things they are looking for
• Identify what kinds of PROBLEMS you can help them solve
