Why Multi Level Marketing
Online Business Is Booming

Its’ fair to say that Multi Level Marketing online is a trend here to stay. Using the internet to market your mlm has made sense to me ever since I first heard the concept. Being in sales since my teenage years gives me a unique insight into this subject.

Let me explain how my sales experience relates to MLM online.

Working as a salesperson, I always noticed how much better my closing ratio was when people came to me first looking for answers; rather than me trying to approach them.

I never was any good at persuading people to do or buy things they didn't want or need (few people are). Oftentimes I wish I had the persuasive talents others possess to help me in my marketing. Once I heard the concept mlm online, I was excited because I knew I wouldn’t have to become a persuasion expert. I could use attraction marketing to generate leads. The concept instantly made logical sense to me.

Make no mistake. Multi Level Marketing Online far superior to past methods because your prospects seek you out. Getting the customer to you first, is a totally new ballgame, especially for Network Marketers. (Because our job is so much harder than most salespeople in my opinion)

Not to mention the fact that Multi Level Marketing Online is 1,000 times more leveraged (which is what small business is all about right?) than trying to recruit people one on one. If you think about it, by the time you've had a chance to talk to 1 person, you could have had 100's of interested people hitting your website watching your video or reading your articles.

What About Offline Methods?

Offline recruiting methods are still in full force and going strong. Classified ads, direct mail, and (dare I say it) contacting friends and family, still work for some people. Yet, multi level marketing online just seems smarter doesn't it?

For starters, it's low cost, you can track your effectiveness, and you have more control over what your prospects see.

In fact, I'm having a tough time trying to come up with ideas on why you shouldn't use the internet to generate leads your business.

With every method, however, there are cons and it’s important we address those.

Cons of Multi Level Marketing Online

#1. Market Saturation.

So many Network Marketers are now waking up to a better way. They have begun using the internet to prospect people for their business. The more people that discover these methods, the more saturated and competitive the internet gets.

Note: Traditional marketing methods are extremely saturated as well so this definitely isn’t specific to internet marketing.

The good news is, the demand for Network Marketing is also growing rapidly as so many people are starting to look for an alternative lifestyle.

#2. New Skills/Technologies to Learn.

Depending on the person, this can be viewed as either a pro or a con. There will always be new skills to learn with any business but it seems like the “net” has more than any other.

In fact, the entire internet is like its own language with funny terms like "SEO, RSS, Auto responders, Twitter, HTML, CSS,” and more.

Again, when it comes to internet marketing, I’m admittedly very biased. Because I thoroughly enjoy studying all forms of online business and happen to think its loads of fun, I don’t view learning new skills as a con. That doesn’t mean others won’t though.

When deciding whether or not to capitalize on the multi level marketing online trend, keep in mind that there will be a lot to learn and you’ll have to take consistent action.
