Applying Network Marketing affiliate programs into your overall mlm lead generation and cash flow strategy is a smart move for serious entrepreneurs for many reasons.

In fact, this strategy is highly recommended by many respected business consultants. Because if your MLM company every goes belly-up, you need to have something in place to continue earning income through your own developed customer base.Having a plan to create income through affiliate programs is just one of the ways to “safety net” your business.

Create Multiple Streams of Income Using Network Marketing Affiliate Programs

In order to operate your MLM like a real business, it's important to find a way to bring in multiple income streams. This is especially important during the beginning stages of Network Marketing.

Obviously, you’ll earn commissions on your products sales and sign-ups. Those are the ultimate goal of a Network Marketer. It can take awhile before you’re able to rely on them to support you and your family.

Instead, why not operate like a traditional business does and find ways to pull in money from additional sources while generating leads at the same time? Using Network Marketing affiliate programs is the best way I know of to do this.

It’s up to you on how many affiliate programs to promote. Some people choose to focus on 1 or 2; whereas others have good luck promoting dozens of products. Keep in mind, the more affiliate products you promote, the more you’re going to have to track, test, and manage. I suggest starting with 1 or 2 until you have mastered the science of affiliate marketing. You can always add more later.

What types of Affiliate Programs Should You Promote?

Personally, I think affiliate products directly related to Network marketing training are the best types to promote.

Many of those products have mlm lead generation systems built into them so you can kill two birds with one stone. You’ll generate leads and make a sale at the same time. Also, people who buy Network Marketing training products are very likely to be interested in Network Marketing. This makes them a great lead for you.

Depending on your specific strategy and goals, there’s nothing wrong with promoting products that aren’t specific to Network Marketing but somehow related. Examples include: marketing, self-help, and financial products.

In addition, promoting an mlm home business affiliate program related to your mlm retail product (i.e. health and wellness) is a solid method many Network Marketers are having success with.

How to Spend Money Earned From MLM Affiliate Programs

Once you’ve started to generate additional income using Network Marketing affiliate programs, the real test of discipline begins. I strongly recommend putting a large portion of that money back into your business to help you generate even more leads and more income.

A human being can only work so hard to create content, drive traffic to a website, and call leads. If you’ve earned extra money you can use to help you do those things that will free up more of your time and still allow your marketing to grow.

Being a smart mlm business owner means choosing the right kinds of Network Marketing affiliate programs to promote. It also means having the discipline to continuously put the money you’ve earned from affiliate programs back into your business for maximum growth.
