Finding A Good Network Marketing Prospect:

The Strategies Needed to Identify Good Candidates

Network Marketers often ask themselves "how can I find the right network marketing prospect?" This is a question not easily answered. In fact, if you were to ask 10 different attraction marketing experts, you'd likely get 10 different responses. You'd also find many similarities within those responses.

Many of the problems associated with finding a good prospect could be solved by learning how to prospect higher "quality" people. We tend to think of recruitment in terms of "quantity" because it's so much more exciting.

Think about it. Would you rather tell your colleagues you sponsored "80 prospects in 4 months" or "4 solid prospects in 6 months?" The higher number of prospects we sponsor, the better is makes us feel.

While quantity is important and shouldn't be overlooked, it's vital we start paying more attention to the quality of people we recruit. All it takes is a few fantastic recruits to turn an organization around.

That said, how in the world are we supposed to identify the right mlm prospects for business. We've been repeatedly told we need "good" recruits or people with alot of "motivation," "desire," and what have you. There ought be an easier way to instantly identify a good fit for any home-based business.

Luckily there is.

How to Instantly Identify a Great MLM Prospect

If you're serious about building your MLM, one of the defining attitudes you want to develop yourself and look for in your recruits is the ability to think long-term.

Someone who has the ability to think of business as a process, one that could very well take months, if not years to flourish, is a rare gem in my book. So many people get hung up in business because they're too focused on "right-now" results. Who can blame them? Everyone has needs to satisfy and ends that need to be met.

Nevertheless, ridding yourself of the "get-rich-quick" mentality is tough in today's over-hyped, over-marketed society. Even the so called self-help experts occasionally "lure" people into buying products and systems with promises of fast and easy riches.

Needless to say, a network marketing prospect may come to you with high hopes and expectations of making some quick cash in the business. They may not be aware of the amount of sacrifice, work, and learning they're going to need in order to become successful. Be mindful of this as you embark on your network marketing prospecting.

When performing your consulting services, ask questions to find out the underlying motives that your recruits have for wanting to join a network marketing business. Prospects that have the foresight to view an MLM business as a long-term venture are those that you should seriously consider sponsoring.

One who has the ability to see the "big-picture" of MLM or any other business is a rare gem and would make an excellent team member.
