10 Ways to Use Your Email Management System For Optimal Prospecting
For effective network marketing prospecting, using email is one way you can leverage yourself and your efforts.

(1) Easily Load Leads Gathered From Various Lead Capture Pages
In earlier articles, we talked about how alot of network marketing affiliate programs will provide you with the contact information of someone who buys a product from you. Once you have their email address', you can easily load them into your email management system and begin sending them emails to further pre-qualify them.
(2) Create Multiple Lists
MLM prospecting can be done effectively by using multiple lead capture pages. If you're using several different kinds, no doubt each one of them will be talking to a different market segment.
Therefore, you may want to separate each list out according to which lead capture page you attracted them from. Most auto-responder or email management systems allow you to create mutliple (even unlimited) lists.
(3) Create Multiple Auto-Email Campaigns
One of the biggest benefits of an email system is the ability to "load in" pre-written emails and have them drip into someone's inbox on a timely schedule (i.e. once a week, etc).
You may have seen this done before with network marketing prospecting e-courses or email mini-series emails.
Test these emails over time to see which ones are giving you the best response.
Beyond that, you can also create automatic email campaigns for each list and/or lead capture page you promote. This allows you to "talk" to each list accordingly.

With all the bells and whistles that come with email campaigns these days, you may be wondering if it's possible to perform basic functions such as sending out a single email to your list. You definately can and I highly recommend it.

With email spam increasing all the time, more and more email marketing laws and restrictions are coming out every day. It would be extremely difficult for any one person to learn about and comply with all these laws.

(8) Automatically Optimize Email Deliverability
Network marketing prospecting through email won't do you any good if all your emails end up in your prospects' trash box instead of the inbox. Many email management systems will help you increase the chances of your email getting delivered to an inbox rather than the trash box.

If for some odd reason, one of your mlm prospects decides they'd rather not hear from you again, they can easily unsubscribe from your email. This can potentially save you hours of time manually removing everyone from your email list.
